THE FRAGMENTED COLLECTION
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Our Services, including the text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, illustrations and other content contained therein, are owned by The Artist of “The Fragmented Collection” or our licensors and are protected under both European and foreign laws. Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, all rights in and to our Services are reserved by us or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are hereby granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your own personal, noncommercial use. Any use of our Services other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited, will terminate the license granted herein and violate our intellectual property rights.
The Fragmented Collection and our logos, our product or service names, our slogans and the look and feel of our Services are trademarks of The Fragmented Collection and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned on our Services are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any products, services, processes or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE FRAGMENTED COLLECTION AND THE OTHER FRAGMENTED COLLECTION PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES, OR ANY AND ALL RELATED CONTENT, BENEFIT AND DIGITAL COLLECTIBLE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO USE OUR SERVICES. The limitations set forth in Sections 16 and 17 will not limit or exclude liability for the gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct of The Fragmented Collection or the other Fragmented Collection Parties or for any other matters in which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Additionally, some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
